Order by calling us at 541.482.1321. Please have the following information ready:
- shoe brand and name
- color preference
- your name
- phone number
- email address (if you wish to receive a tracking number)
If you have questions about any of our products, please feel free to call or email.
We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and money orders. With money orders, please include your address, and phone number. We’ll ship your shoes as soon as we receive your money order.
We ship UPS and USPS.
The charge for shipping one pair of shoes or one handbag is $12; each additional pair of shoes or handbag is an extra $8.
The charge for shipping smaller items only (jewelry, socks, etc) is $4 total.
We offer free shipping on purchases over $200 (except International packages).
We offer 3-day UPS Express Shipping for $35.
International shipping is $45 for orders. Customers are responsible to pay all International customs fees and taxes.
We accept returns within 30 days from our date of shipment to you. Shoes should be unworn and in their original box. Accessories must be in their original packaging and unworn. Please include the original sales receipt. If returning a pair of shoes, please place the shoe box inside another box with all labels on outside box. You will receive a full refund minus shipping fees.
Final Sale items which are 50% Off or more are ineligible for return or exchange.
Q: What happened to your shopping cart? Can I order online?
A: We currently sell in-store and by phone only. To receive information about new products and get updates about future online shopping, please subscribe to our newsletter.
Q: How long will it take for my package to arrive?
A: UPS ground takes 7-10 business days. International packages take longer.
Q: On International orders are there any additional fees after I place my order?
A: Yes, there is a customs fee once the package arrives in your country. The fees vary depending on your country and the value of the package.
Q: Can my shoes be returned if they are not the right size, the wrong thing, or damaged in any way?
A: Yes. Please refer to our return policy.
Q: How will I know my order went out?
A: You will receive an email from UPS with your tracking information or be contacted by us directly.
Q: Do you charge my credit card even if you don’t have what I ordered in stock?
A: No. We only charge you when we have what you want in stock. Otherwise if shoes are unavailable or out-of-stock, we will contact you directly and offer other great options.
Q: Will you share my personal information?
Q: Are the shoes you carry brand new?
A: Yes. All merchandise from our store is brand new. We do not sell used goods.
